Hooks Industries Inc.

Privacy Policy

Last Updated:

Our information practices for this corporate website, inquiries, subscriptions, coaching resources, and digital interactions.

1. Introduction

Hooks Industries Inc. ("Hooks Industries," "we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy of individuals who visit our website, communicate with our company, or use our services.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of personal information we collect, how we use it, when we may disclose it, and the choices individuals have regarding their information.

Our website provides information about our corporate activities, business management, consulting, fractional operations management, business and mindset coaching, educational content, resources, and affiliated businesses.

By accessing our website, you can review the privacy practices described in this policy. Where consent is required for a particular activity, we will request it separately.

2. Information We Collect

Personal and contact information: Our inquiry forms collect your name and email, with optional telephone number, company, service interest, and message. You may voluntarily share goals, business challenges, or other information relevant to your request. Subscription forms collect your email and, depending on the form, your first name and communication interests.

Coaching questionnaires: Downloading a blank questionnaire does not send us your completed answers. Responses are collected only if you separately provide them through a collection method agreed with Hooks Coaching. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through general contact forms.

Account information: The client sign-in page may collect your name, email, password, and sign-in information. The client portal is not currently advertised in public navigation.

Submission records: We store the form type, originating page, submission time, and information you submit. Security and operational systems may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.

Downloads: Public resources can be downloaded without providing contact details. Some resources request your name and email before making the file available.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information when you complete a website inquiry, subscribe for updates, request a gated download, create or use a client account, or communicate with us by email or telephone. Booking and event registration links take you to external providers, which collect information under their own privacy policies.

4. How We Use Information

Hooks Industries may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries
  • Communicate with prospective and existing clients
  • Evaluate service requests
  • Provide consulting, management, and coaching services
  • Schedule consultations and meetings
  • Deliver requested resources
  • Manage newsletter subscriptions
  • Provide company and service updates
  • Maintain business records
  • Improve website functionality
  • Understand visitor engagement
  • Protect the security and integrity of our systems
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations
  • Manage business relationships and authorized operational activities

Where required by law, we obtain appropriate consent before sending promotional communications or using nonessential tracking technologies.

5. Newsletter and Marketing Communications

You may voluntarily subscribe to Hook'D: The Executive Edition, company news, coaching announcements, or affiliate launch updates. Submitting a general inquiry or downloading an ungated resource does not automatically enroll you in marketing.

To stop promotional updates, contact info1@hooksindustries.com and identify the subscription you wish to end. Service-related communications needed to fulfill an existing request may continue.

6. Cookies and Website Analytics

The website uses browser storage for account sessions and sign-in destinations. Essential hosting, security, and authentication technologies may also process technical information to operate the site.

Our current website code does not include advertising pixels or dedicated marketing analytics integrations. We do not currently provide optional advertising-cookie settings. If we introduce nonessential tracking, we will update these disclosures and provide choices where required.

You can manage cookies and clear browser storage through your browser settings. Clearing account-session storage may sign you out. External websites and media providers have their own practices.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Lovable Cloud supports website hosting, file delivery, account access, and storage of form submissions. Authorized email delivery services support inquiry notifications. Subscriptions are recorded through our website forms; this policy does not imply that an automated newsletter-delivery platform is currently active.

Google Calendar appointment links support scheduling, and Eventbrite handles Coaching Room registration on its own website. LinkedIn, Instagram, affiliate websites, and other external destinations process information according to their own policies when you follow a link.

Supplied testimonial and affiliate videos are delivered as hosted video files. When a page uses a YouTube embed, it uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain; YouTube may still process information when the embed loads or you interact with it.

Package payments are requested after approval rather than through a public website checkout. A payment provider and its applicable privacy disclosures will be identified when payment is arranged.

8. How We Share Information

We may disclose personal information to authorized service providers, personnel, or contractors who need access to respond to requests, provide services, or maintain our systems. We may also disclose information with your authorization, to meet legal obligations, protect rights and security, or support a business transaction subject to applicable law.

Private coaching responses, client records, and confidential business information are not made public simply because you use our services.

9. Coaching Privacy and Confidentiality

Business & Mindset Coaching may involve personal goals, professional challenges, leadership concerns, and other information shared during the coaching relationship.

Hooks Industries seeks to handle coaching information with appropriate care and restrict access according to legitimate service needs.

Specific confidentiality obligations, permitted disclosures, record handling, and other terms may also be addressed in the applicable coaching agreement.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed professional services.

10. Client Testimonials, Spotlights, and Media

Hooks Industries may publish approved client spotlights, testimonials, interviews, photographs, and videos.

When content identifies an individual or client business, we seek appropriate permission before using that material for promotional purposes.

We do not intend to publish confidential client records, private questionnaire responses, or sensitive business information without authorization or another lawful basis.

Permission to provide a service does not automatically constitute permission to use a client's likeness, testimonial, or private information for marketing.

11. Affiliate and External Websites

Our website may feature businesses affiliated with or otherwise connected to Hooks Industries, including BightTime Foods, HI Flipworks Property Solutions, Ravencrest Press, Happy Inn Property Management, and other business initiatives.

Some affiliates may operate separate websites, applications, contact forms, or customer systems.

When visitors leave the Hooks Industries website to access an affiliate or third-party website, the privacy practices of that destination may differ.

Visitors should review the applicable privacy policy of the external website.

This corporate Privacy Policy does not automatically govern independently operated affiliate websites.

12. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, meet applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our operations. The appropriate period depends on the information and relationship.

You may contact info1@hooksindustries.com to request deletion or ask about retention of your information. Legal or operational requirements may limit what can be deleted immediately.

13. Data Security

Hooks Industries uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the information being processed and the systems in use.

These measures are intended to reduce risks such as unauthorized access, misuse, loss, and disclosure.

No website, electronic transmission, or data-storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Visitors should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information through ordinary website contact forms.

14. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where an individual resides and which privacy laws apply, they may have rights relating to their personal information.

These may include the ability to:

  • Request access to personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of certain information
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent
  • Opt out of certain marketing communications
  • Request information about applicable data disclosures
  • Exercise other rights provided by applicable law

These rights may be subject to legal exceptions, verification requirements, and other applicable limitations.

Privacy-related requests can be submitted to:

We may need to verify the identity or authority of a requester before processing certain requests.

We will handle applicable requests in accordance with relevant legal requirements.

15. Children's Privacy

The Hooks Industries corporate website and business services are primarily directed toward adults and business professionals.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through the general corporate website.

If we become aware that information was collected from a child in circumstances requiring parental consent or deletion under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps.

16. International Visitors

Our website may be accessed from locations outside the United States.

Personal information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our authorized providers operate.

Where applicable, international processing and transfers will be handled according to relevant legal requirements.

17. External Links and Embedded Content

Our website may contain links to external websites and embedded content, including video platforms and social media services.

These third parties may collect information according to their own policies when users interact with their content.

Hooks Industries does not control the privacy practices of independently operated external websites.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Hooks Industries may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our website, services, information practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

When material changes occur, we will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice where required.

Visitors are encouraged to review this page periodically.
